Launched for the Royal Highland Show 2010. Solway Recycling have produced the perfect product for rearing chickens at home with this recycled plastic hen coop now on sale.
The small hen coop is portable hygienic and suited for the rearing of chickens or hens. Hen coop mini can be built with our without a 3ft run. Made from galvanised steel the run for the house is designed to be fully fox proof so is more than capable of keep in domestic predators like cats at bay.
Your coop will be fully built on site and will require no further assembly when you get it delivered simply clip the nesting box into place and it's ready for your hens.
Your Recycled Plastic Chicken Coop has 447 x 834mm or 0.37 square metres of internal floor space which is ideal for housing for up to 4 birds. The dimensions of the Mini Hen Coop are: 950mm wide (1 nest box) or 1220mm wide(2 nest boxes) x 1020mm length.
Additional features include internal perch and external nesting box which allows easy access to eggs and access for cleaning. There is an easy access lid for cleaning internally the Solway mini hen coop has a revolutionary air venting system which will keep a constant air flow in all weathers keeping animals comfortable at all times .
