Delivery
UK mainland only.
Orders are normally delivered with 7-10 working days of receiving payment. However if there is a delay in an order for any reason we will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible and will advise the customer of this.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter a products specification without notice.
We reserve the right to deliver a product with an improved specification as long as it does not affect the product in a significant way.
All sizes are approximate.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary with each item. They are dependent on weight, floor space, delivery method and priority chosen by the customer.
We use a courier service for deliveries. We are able to trace an order in the unlikely event of a delivery being late or lost.
Price and Orders
Every order has a unique order reference number. This is mainly for Solway Recycling purposes. We can take an order reference number from the customer which can be put on the invoice or pro forma.
Solway reserves the right to decline any order.
Prices may change at any time without notice. We will do our utmost to make sure prices on our website are up-to-date and accurate at all times. Consequently, we cannot accept liability for errors or emissions, whether due to computer malfunction or human error.
The price you pay will be the actual price when we have accepted your. If we discover an error has been made we will notify you as soon as possible. You may then either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If cancellation is after a payment has been made a full refund will be made.
Payment
We accept all major Credit and Debit Card payments. We also accept BACS transfer and a cheque as methods of payment. Cheques should be made payable to Solway Recycling Ltd.
Goods ordered by cheque will not be despatched until funds have cleared.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel an order for any reason within seven days of placing an order.
Your satisfaction is of great importance to us, so all our products come with a 28 day returns guarantee provided they have not been used. If you wish to cancel an order for any reason within this period, please call or email us immediately and we will arrange a refund. Any carriage charges incurred with returned goods will be deducted off the refund.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the goods are re-packaged for return. If products are returned to us broken or faulty, through no fault of Solway Recycling or the courier, then we reserve the right to charge the customer accordingly.
